 | Unlike most other Karate styles, Enshin Karate has an extensive Newaza/Jiu Jitsu (Ground Technique) Syllabus. I run a specific Jiu Jitsu/Newaza Class every Friday night. Students from the ages of 10years and above are welcome to attend this class. by using leverage and weight distribution, If the confrontation goes to the ground, we teach techniques to force the opponent into submission via joint locks, chokeholds, or compression locks. |
